well i don't have torsions so yeah i'm at stock hieght. i just dont have the $$ right now to do a 3in lift. i got some 15x10 for free so i would like to use'm i know with the 31's the sidewall will baloon out but thats the way we like it in hawaii(it's pretty much just for looks).i was just wondering if it will rub if i dont put a suspension lift and would i need wheel spacers??

do you have to get a suspension or body lift in order to put on some 15x10 w/ 31's?? or will it rub if i leave it stock hieght?

did u unbolt the steering arm and pull it down so u have more room in the front to pull it out???

trailchaser, ok i know this is an old post but i need to know , when its @ operating temp. did it bog out and have lose of power?? also could u rev it up pass 3k rpm?? i saw the video and mypathy does the same thing. i also was buying and changing things like crazy. it would really make me feel more confident to get a new distributor if i knew ur pathy was acting up the same way mine is. thanks.

i just noticed my vg30e is running backwards. what would cause this to happen and how can i fix it? i heard it could be a bad distributor, could that be my problem??

have you checked the fuel pressure regulator? the diaphram could be blown out.

i was checking the ohms on the fuel injectors and my multimeter jus starts going crazy and not giving me a good reading. i tested everything else and it gave good readings. so i was wondering is my injectors bad and is that why my meter is not giving a good reading? or am i doing it wrong? oh and yes i followed the service manual.

timing belt and timing is fine. i been hearing about the crankshaft sensor would make the truck hesitate, bogg out and even stall when engine warms up. is that true?

how do you find out if it skiped a tooth? do i need a new belt if it is?

i follwed the steps from the manual, i guess my timing is fine. what bout the ignition coil?? mines get pretty hot to the touch should that be ok or is that bad??

how do you adjust the ignition timing? i dont have a timing light.

yes the truck runs. ok more of a popping/bogging sound and it only happens when the truck is warmed up and can't rev over 3k rpm. i had the truck over 1yr now and about a month ago this started.

i get some backfire / popping in the throttle body / intake area. what would cause that??

ok EGR works fine. i'm lost now dont know what to do at this point.

what is the symptoms of a bad EGR valve?? i have changed alot of sensor in my truck and spent way to much $$ my ecu shows 55 but my truck still runs like crap and when it's warmed up it will not start until it cools down after an hour or so. things i've changed........... -- fuel pump, feul filter, temp. sensor, TPS, MAF, knock sensor, cap & rotor, plugs & wires, water pump, timing belt, and thermostat. now i'm thinking EGR.

i use the ecu under the passenger seat and read the blinking LEDs. before i found that out i was changing parts like crazy spendind way to much money on parts that wasn't the problem. my ecu gave me the codes for TPS and MAF. i changed the TPS now waitng for the MAF to be ship, suck to live HAWAII all parts over here are way to expensive.
