im doing a 5 speed swap 2 but the easy way from the top with a cherry picker. as my body is off the frame. i took all the 5 spd wires and am hoping they could plug right in crossing my fingers just maybe but if not i could use the wrote up too

ya my 300zx does the same thing and its the temp sensor does it every time i start it when its cold. its like no power then full thotle and back and forth. easy fix.

ya my ones are rust free in the bad frame but rust in the good one if that makes any sense

im actually doing a whole frame swap but maybe. im using the auto rear diff. ill look into that tho i alos rebuild the auto trans on my 88 300zx those are crap. i bought a kit for about 300 bucks then got the local nissan dealer to photo copy the factory manual for me. i rebuilt it cost me about 700 in the end as some of the parts were warn out quite bad. in the end it blew up as a c-clip did not hold at the track and blew fluid all over the road and ya still worked just not as well. i would recommend the 5spd 100% but thats me.

hey im doing huge job on my truck a frame swap. i want to repaint the frame as the last one rotted out. but i have no air tools the compressor i can use looks so old it will blow up. anyways can i remove and reinstall the torsion bars just with a wrench and no impact gun?

i have the same deal got a 94 for 700 and the trans went 2 days later and i just chucked the auto out and put a 5spd in so much better and easier. so sorry to say rebuild or buy a new one the nissan autos are no good my 300zx went though 2 in 1 year

he there i got a big project on the way not to exciting modification way. im doing a frame and a 5 speed swap on my 94 le. i was wondering if there is and center consoles with a stick shift for that interior style as the truck i got the 5 speed from did not have one just an ugly boot.
