  18. yesterday i finished swaping my Tranny I realize my door won't unlock or lock using the key, i have to open the passenger door and lift it from the inside. So i take off the door panel to see whats up, there is a small plastic lifter that connects to the lock cylinder and the metal door lock assembly and the little nipple is stripped. i krazy glued it the two together kind of a crappy way to do it but it works now. my question is has this happened to anyone else here? and how did you fix it can i buy a new one or just yank one at the junk yard? any insight would help. thanks, Sam
