  1. Are these procomp rockcrawler rims equivalent to the cragar soft 8?

I want to take advantage of 4 bfg at 31 x 10.50 for 483$ with free ship. NO cragars on 4wheel parts.

I think the above looks like them and if i'm not mistaken they do come with those center caps.

Yup thats exactly what I paid for them through 4Wheel Parts. And got them at my doorstep 2 days later.

  2. Just go to pepboys and build your own.

Yeah but you've introduced two 90 degree bends in that set up. I've got a straight pipe set up with my JWT Popcharger by using pieces from that kit I got off Ebay for 3.3 Xterras/Frontiers.

  3. I was able to get my straight intake pipe setup using an ebay kit for the piping and couplers that was meant for VG33 Xterra/Frontier's. The kit comes with a heat shield also and 2 pipes but I only needed one to make it work.

  4. the bfg a/t's are good the first season you run them but if it gets icy in the winter were you are plan on getting new tires for the winter. after they loose more than 30% of the tread they're crappy on compact snow and ice.... i found out the hard way.... got part way up a hill in the mountains and lost momentum, then slide backwards down the hill..... had to stuff it into a dirt bank to get enough grip to stop. but thats just my 2 cents worth....

That's good to know. I'll take that into consideration as in the winter's I drive 95%+ on nothing but snow ice. They don't plow the roads around here in the little town and there's always 3-4+ inches on the road where ever you go.

  5. Yeah I warm it up for about a couple of minutes and take it easy on the gas until its all warmed up.

But I always believed 5w30 to be better in the winters than 10w30 by personal experience. My fiance's ford escort was not able to start on one of our coldest mornings last year, down to -30F. I changed it over to 5w30 and never had any problems starting it up again.

  6. Looks good. I want some 31" bfg's now.

Peace love and pot is correct!

I just ordered a set of BFG AT's yesterday for a smokin deal at 4wheelparts.com 10% and free shipping. Hopefully they'll be here next week.

After 40k miles, my REVOs are starting to become pretty rough and loud and they look much smaller than 31's now.

  7. I got my SS address today also.

I can definitely use a tow rope. That's probably on the top of my list. Something without hooks just loops.

Also a larger USB flash drive would be nice. Something at least a gig. I've got plenty of DJing stuff and vinyl so I'm set there but anything that would be useful for the Pathy is always appreciated.

    Ipods are always welcome ;)

  8. Get your camber bolts at Summitracing.com They are $17 for the pair IIRC. You can find your Rancho 9000x's elsewhere for cheaper than what AC sells. I got mine from Amazon.com for $60 a piece when they had a special running. I would ONLY buy the 2" coils from them since thats the only thing that you can't get elsewhere.

  9. I used only a pair of camber bolts on my lift. Some people have said they've needed a pair on each side. One thing however is you should get it realigned about a month or sooner after putting the lift on and the initial alignment.

My springs must have settled quite a bit and my camber was terrible. I had some major cupping on the insides of my front tires and had it realigned and the tires rotated.
