  1. Agreed, this post is worthless without video... The people demand video!
  2. I've read up that the JGC 93-98 consoles are a nice fit with cupholders and a few other goodies, however; has anyone tried any other "other than pathy" consoles? maybe from the r50's? xterras? I need to hit the local JY (finally at a place that has a few) and if I can snag one from any of these that'd be great! Im in the process of refining my interior a bit so its a tad nicer inside and I feel this would be a vast improvement from my rather worn looking lid. Not to mention the Wal-Mart cupholders and the accordian style boots.
  3. killvox this post is from 2004 lol
  4. Yowsah! I did mine just for good measure after reading up on the subject. Mine didnt have anywhere near that ammount.
  5. Ah yes, my bad FLA. I knew that the TM is stackable, dunno where my head went. And I dont like that either, maybe ill fab up some sliders for that. Although, most of what I do is mud rather than rock, but could still wreak havoc on a submerged rock/tree/object.
  6. As other members here have pointed out, the fan box is probaby stuffed full of flamables. Therefore, do not run your blower untill that is cleared/checked. you could easily catch your truck on fire, and this little gem is behind your dash (glovebox actually) so if you got something started youd be SOL. see the write up here for cleaning that out, belive its in the garage section.
  7. Yikes, yeah um, 28" will look pretty bad. I personally would save my pennies and buy the lift and tires all together. If your only looking at a 3" lift for now just mount some 31's on your stock tires. Later if you choose to go even higher youll want 33's to fill the truck out. My hopes are one day to throw on the TM 4" lift with drop brackets up front and get 7" (3+4) and maybe toss on some 35's.
  8. Even more tire clearance for even bigger tires. Bigger tires=increased frame/pukin/etc (true) clearance. To the op, not very sure what a 235 works out to be in inches; but im rockin 31" A/T's with a 3+3 lift and they are pretty puny lookin. 33's and new rims are in the cards as soon as funds allow. The only difference I really noticed with the lifts was I needed to slow down more in sharp curves. The vehicle still dose not feel top heavy like many SUV's.
