you are right. i am working on getting the bumper now but just checking for something else in the meantime
-
i have that minus a bumper. My hitch just hangs to low without a bumper so i want to remove it
-
Is it safe to use the factory ones? I have no rear bumper so my hitch looks alittle funny. So i was going to take it off and just use the factory tow points. Is this safe or should i look for another opition

-
not really i am doing it again right now just to be sure though .I checked the codes for the abs light and it came up as the control unit. I gues its toast. Is this something i really have to replace?
-
yeah i already did the rear and the trany so i ill get the rest done today thank guys
-
also my door open light is on but now fully lit. Its very dim but still on. Could that be why the alarm keeps going off. If the abs is malfuctioning is it still safe to drive on a day to day bases.
-
i have searched but have not found much on this so heres my question. I sunk my truck today with water filling up to the bottom of the front seats. Got it out and it drives fine, everything works but my abs light is now on. Is there a way to turn that off? Also my alarm goes off on its own now. Does anyone have any info that could help? thanks paul

i will try and get some today. for now i have cut a 2in hole in the side of the intake box and just ran the pipe in though that. i am looking for a groment to go around it but silcone is woring just fine for now. if i cover the hole at the top the engine will die so i think it is sealed pretty well. i will also silcone the top of the intake box once everything is done.
-
yeah i thought about getting one of those heads i just dont know if they would fit on a 2 in pipe. i thought all theres were 3 in
-
i have not been on the highway with it yet but around i really noticed no difference. As far as the rain i have a 45 degree bend at the top that makes it face back towards my roof rack. i still dont know if this will keep the rain out though.
-
So i am almost finished with my snorkel so i thought i would see what you guys think. Its alittle rough but i should work fine. remember its not done.
-
mine did that for awhile but when i put a new tranny cooler on it went away. dont know if that will help you but its worth a try.
