  1. My BFG A/T KO's have never let me down in mud, snow, or rocks. Mine have around 10k miles on them and are barely worn.
  2. Looking good, and nice deal. As for the 31 on the spare, I also have a 31 as my spare tire. Never even considered the camera blocking bonus from it.
  3. I sent in my payment for membership and a decal last week, and am just curious when I should expect it.
  4. One thing I learned when I built up my Jetta was "Do it for yourself." It doesn't matter what other people think of it, they will respect that you built it the way you wanted it. If they don't respect you for you efforts, who need them. We modify our cars/trucks to fit our personal tastes. You should never modify it to please anyone but yourself.
  5. From your avatar, I would say you are in the NY area and I can believe $50 to fill up after ~250 miles. At $2.80/gal, having anything but a scooter sucks. I am just surprised that your '01 gets the same mileage as my '89 with 195k miles. You must really have a heavy foot.
  6. You won't notice the ram effect, even though the faster you go the more air pressure there will be. The big bonus will be blocking the hot air from being sucked into the filter.
  7. Sounds like you got a deal like I did. I picked up my some what rusty 89 SE-V6 for with 190k miles, brand new BFG A/T 31" tires, factory brushguard, side steps, and rear mount spare for $800.
  8. Welcome aboard from one ex-VW owner to another.
  9. Welcome aboard. Nice Pathy and 240.
  10. Hmmm, I really need 2 in yellow to go with my color scheme.
  11. -bounce- What's up Dave!! Nice look for your truck. I wouldn't change a thing.
  12. Welcome. Nice to see another WD from CT.
  13. Here is a shot of my Pathy with t-bar crank and 1" spring spacers tucking my BFG A/T 31x10.50's.
  14. Congrats!!! Even though I think my old girl should've been chosen.
  15. First trip to Paragon and I can add to the list. - bent driver side step rail brackets - dented driver side rocker (in front of step rail, and in front of rear tire) - possibly new scratches, but unable to determine which are new
  16. I'm with you. 2 doors rock!!! Welcome aboard. I'm also new to this site.
  17. Good to know. Would hate to drive 3 hours to sit in offroad traffic. -thnkboutit-
  18. Can't wait Dan. If I had the extra cash I would head down for the monthly ride this weekend.
  19. I just found this site so I thought I would join up. You can never be a member of too many forums. My name is Jeff, and I am a home theater installer from Southern Connecticut. I recently purchased an '89 SE and have been slowly getting everything trail ready on it.
