  1. If that is the case, then sure, I need to know the font and size of the old ones and I will have them done by my supplier. He does single or multi layered vinyl.
  2. I have checked every thread and have been waiting for a PM dating back to 2005. I am getting a little  at whom to ask. Can some one please tell me who to talk to directly. Thanks, B.

  5. I am probably going to get flack for this but...I picked up the Hercules MT and they are the best all around tire I have had yet. Better than my toyo's,goodyears, and procomps. I rate them as follows: wear-8 noise-7 mud-7 snow-8 ice-4 strength-8 Now that is MY opinion. B.

  7. Well my story is a little different...I had an 89 gmc jimmy 4x4 and met a guy who was in a local 4wd club and invited me out to go wheelin'. The next weekend I met up wit them and off I went (reminder that it is middle of January and the truck is bone stock with 205x75x15 tires and BALD). Well the first part of the day was fine when we came up to a 80 foot long down hill on about a 30 degree angle...I was 8-9th in line and the others went down the hill (all modified J**Ps) dropped into a creek 3' across, 2' deep and 2' out. All dropped front bumpers into the creek and winched out the other side. WELL, now it's my turn...I put my seat belt on (something I never used to do) and down I went....Creeping...creeping...10 feet later.......SWOOSH!!!!!full speed slide into the creek. The front bumper stopped on the other side and the body kept going 4" past! Front end...toast cab mounts all the way around...gone grill....pooched Rad....leaking Headlights...fell out bumper....bent Had to winch out and ratchet strap the body to the frame to get me out..... From that day I have been hooked and don't plan on giving it up any time soon. By the way after that I bought a REAL truck....My 1991 Nissan Pathfinder SE....600,000km ago.

  11. The stuff to use is at places like home dopot or a roofing supply store, its ISO water shield for drip edges under shingles. It's super sticky, heat resistant, fairly sound proof and cheap.
  12. Does any one have a crank shaft pulley for a 91 with a/c?. I cant find one locally. I'll buy it and pay shipping to Ottawa.
  13. Well after a week of 8-10 hour days doing surgery...the Pathie lives! -bounce- I cut down to under the rear doors (only place with good frame) re-made a whole rear section. It took 22' of 1"-3" stock and alot of welding to do it but its good as new. I took the advice and didn't use the foam but I did snake brush out the inside assy. and coated it with POR15 inside and out. Thanks again guys for all the help, and I'll be posting the step by step pics either here or on my site when I get it running again...I'll let you all know' Again thanks. OP.
  14. I wanted another frame to fully box in and run pvc piping down each side and fill with expandable foam. I know that sounds dumb but i have seen it done and the rust factor is near 0.
