  2. 15x8 wheels with 3.75" of BS to clear the bottom of the strut tower. that and the lift are the only mods you'd need.
  3. u F-ed up 2 pathys...you are going to hell....haha BUT befoore u go, im glad you are okay. im sorry about your pathy. and hope u get another one...you know if it was anything else...you woulda been hurt real bad. anyways good luck with youre new "rigs" or cars or whatever you get. lol.
  4. yes replacing the cap is a good idea and rotor here are prices i got for everything NGK spark plugs $10.77 Wires (oem aftermarket) $43.79 Cap $23.97 (advanced auto) Rotor $8.88 (advanced auto) in terms of the #6 in the back its a pita. heres a write up copied from somewhere but forget where so i dont know who to give credit too "Changing the spark plugs in your 3.3 V6 (VG33E) is a pain in the ass. Why is it so difficult? Because of the 6th plug that’s located in an almost impossible to reach location (between the firewall and the back of the block). Do yourself a favor and make sure the engine is completely cool before attempting to change the plugs. "Figure 1 shows the wrench setup I used. It consists of a 3/8” drive ratchet, two 3” extensions, one universal, one 6” extension and a 5/8” Spark Plug Socket. Of course you can substitute the two 3” extensions for one additional 6”. A Spark Plug Socket with a rubber insert to hold the plug is necessary. OK, follow the spark plug wire back to the point where it disappears between the engine and the firewall. Reach your hand down along the wire as far down toward the plug as you can reach. Pull the plug wire off of the plug. The wire comes off very easily just as long as you pull it straight away from the plug. If you are pulling it at a slight angle it won’t come off! Locate the notch on the back of the firewall (Figure2). This is where you want to insert your wrench setup. It's going to take a few tries and a little finessing to get the socket onto the plug. When you do get the socket seated on the plug you will have to stuff some rags or a small block of wood between the firewall and the extensions to get the leverage you need to loosen the plug. Place the rags right under the notch in the firewall (Figure 3). This should do the trick. The plug should come right out." heres a link also. http://fat4x4.com/bulletin/viewtopic.php?p=4164#4164
  5. heres what i did. custom K&N (see pic), its cone which was the downside...now i have a snorkel. and have a brand new K&N cone filter sitting around. total cost was around $100 (including a $60 filter)
  6. my buddy tj is redoing his exhaust on his xterra for his oba tank and is giving me basically the h pipe back. ill run like 6" of flex pip inbetween to connect it and then i can say i have an xterra exhaust. plus its free so if it dosnt work no big deal.
  7. a novel idea...how much u think i can get for some pretty f***ed up doors? like $15...for all 4?
  8. and you still comment. thats okay today i just got my new windshield...one thing at a time here kiddies.
  9. yeah...if u only knew... since i dont have a job (dan do not comment) i dont have the cash flow to get a cheap oem
  10. haha true lol my neighbors mad because hes a rich prick and im a born redneck and he doesnt like the way i roll. hes called the police on my many times for starting my truck before 8am and after 6pm (10am and 4pm on sun)
  11. yeah alex is right, my fat ass isnt goin in and out without a ladder. and pezzy i cant believe youve even suggested i purchase a jeep. FOR SHAME. tubes would be cool. this was all based on your opinions i prob wont do it. due to this comment "it will look like its at the junkyard with no doors" although that would further piss of my neighbor
  12. possibly seal it i guess? i know its just a magnet and a coil...which can get wet...but the electrical part on the back doesnt like water. (the back is where it would be sprayed assuming it would work)
  13. has anyone ever heard of this? apparently a friend of mine has it done on his xterra but of course he isnt reachable. is this something i should attempt?
  14. mine was $80 but took about 2 weeks. for 110lbs or something
  15. yeah good stuff. i get wet and muddy with my doors on so it wouldnt be much of a change here. and this "mod" if you wanna call it that would give me more incentive to wear my seatbelt more often... and dan ill drink to that haha. (ill pretty much drink to anything though. you think instead of half doors i can take a plate of steel and make a "bottom" side plate like the jeep tubs?
  16. damn. i distinctly recall you saying something like this at one point on aim
  17. its a possibility which is why i wanna know what to do with wires so i can put em back if i dont like it lol. and DAN youve been looking at this thread for a while now just say something.
  18. no its a secret mz. haha. yeah my question is what do i do with the wires (more so, where is the harness located, in the door or in the interior.) theoretically, if i remove the doors im gonna wanna put them back on if it looks completely dumb. the upside to no doors. everyone else has them and since i like to be different...well you get my point. im not even sure if i want to do the front 2 or all 4. id be interested in doing a half door if local jys didnt want like $500 for them... but id prob make those my actual doors and make the doors i have into half doors due to excess damage to them already. i think well its just a thought, any more opinions would be awesome.
  19. shhh. im not really caring about the unibody part of it. i drove around without a tailgate for a couple months and that alledgedly has alot of structural support in it too. im just more concerned about the wires. lol
  20. these next few weekends im hoping will be nice. im thinking about taking my doors off but i dont wanna have any harnesses just hangin out. and i dont wanna cut the wires to hide them due to the fact that *contrary to popular belief* i still have pw, pl, pm, etc. any suggestions?
  21. i need a full oem exhaust...well cat backs...anyone got one layin around?
  22. hey thats a solid trade....id be down for that...
  23. i told him that, he is convinced im lying
  24. depends on how you look at it...if youve already got the inspection sticker...then yes otherwise, no.... im working on my exhaust though, i think im going back to stock...just got to find a jy willing to part weith an entire exhaust for under $100
  25. why dont u send someone $125 USD and have em shipped over...i dont have any idea how much $415 au is in us currency...maybe worth a look to see if u can get them cheaper
