hey guys i am having an exhust overhaul and i want my pathfinder to sound nice so i plan to change my 3 chamber cat to a high flow cat with either 2 chambers or 1 chamber i will be buying new headers i am not sure what kind yet, probably pacemaker and i will have a flowmaster 40 series delta with a 2 1/4 inch pipe all the way out no bend at the end so it goes straight out the back. I am not sure how many chambers the cat should be i want my pathy to sound loud and nice like a truck but i dont want it to be to loud but i also want it kinda loud a but confusing but I'm sure you guys know what im talking about. if anyone has any experience with this kind of stuff please give me some advice if there is something better that you know of then what i am getting please tell. PART CURRENT SOON TO GET -headers stock 3.0 headers new pacemaker headers -Pipe stock pipe 2 1/4in or 2 1/2 in pipe -cat stock 3 chamber cat new 2 or 1 chamber high flow cat -muffler flowmaster 40 series new flowmaster delta 40 series, maybe might kept old this is a video of a nice sound on a pathy

is that what you did? it is soaking in soapy water right now im hopeing that might let it free

hey i am replaceing my panhard rod bushing and i cant get the bushing out i have the new bushing and the panhard rod is off i just cant get it out to put the new one in can anyone help me out?

hmm there should be an even number of shims under each bolt see if you can get an alignment

ok just sent my truck in its costing me 850 witch is low cause everyone else wanted 1000+ but i got a oem clutch with a heavier disc plate so it will hold better like the higher more expensive clutchs

ok i want a 5000k or 6000k xenon bulb but i am trying to find out if they would be brighter then a 130w halogen bulb

last week i bought these for my 6 in 100w wallmart off road lights i got them for 20 bucks each and figured i would put i brighter bulb in but when i put these bulbs in they wernt as bright as the 100w halogen bulb, that kinda pissed me off since i bought 4 of them and there are useless i put the 5000k next to the 100w outside and the 5000k was white which i liked but the 100w covered more ground witch i want but i know i there has to be a bright bulb like the 130w bulb but i want brighter the 5000k bulb that i put in my Rally offroad lights witch were not brighter http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...bayphotohosting

Hey guys i am going to replace my clutch in a week or two and i want to know what would be the best clutch kit i could get that is affordable or even a clutch kit that someone has good experience with i dont want to spend more then 300-400 on a clutch concidering the price it will cost to get it installed Im looking at 800 to 1500 to get it put in so what is a good clutch that is affordable and can handel the off road

Hey guys i am trying to find some ways to add some pony's to my pathy but i dont know what i should do, Iv heard of this thing called the vortex it is something you put in the air filter hose and adds power and other things but i dont think it works, does anyone know the truth about it and is there a proformance chip that can be put in the pathy or anything i can do you give it some more power?

i guess you can say the hand room is great but they just put the parts in the worst places, the first thing i ever replaced on it was the altenator and that had to be in the worst spot possible but i will try and tighten the bolt and tell you guys if it fixed it And has anyone ever tryed one of those vortex things you put in your air filter hose or any kind of chip that would be good for the pathy

Were is the power steering belt? and i dont know what or were the bell houseing shield is p.s i dont mean to come off as a dumbass im still learning iv only been working on cars for a year now and i have never worked with a transsmission or powersteering yet I learn what me and my dad fix and work on together. And this pathy is what im learning everything on.

For some reason when ever i hit a nice mud pit and get out my truck starts to squeal like a pig kinda sounds like the timeing belt or cv axles or almost the clutch witch doesent make sense becuz the noise stops when i push down the clutch. Now I i have a rip in the boot for my right cv axle i need new cv axles but thats not on the top of my list my truck also when in 4wd doesent like it when i turn the wheel all the way right or left it squeks when i do that but only when i turned the wheel all the way, so i just delt with it but the same loud squel happens right out of the puddle for about a min or 5 then it shuts up. and the timeing belt is brand new but if it got wet it would explain the sound but i still think it might be something else and i need a new clutch pretty soon im not sure if that has anything to do with it so any idea what the sound is?
