Interesting. No we don't have GI Joes here unfortunately, but we do have Sportsman's Warehouse and there's a Flying J and a brand new Petro nearby. I think I'll go there or Wally World to look. My buddy recommended a K40 antenna. He's got a Uniden and a K40 and it works well. Thanks

Apparently one time the gas truck came to fill the tanks he had several hundred gallons too much and gave full tanks to everyone at work. Of course I had that day off. pssd

I've seen way too many cat threads on here. I think it's time for the dogs to get their well-deserved recognition.
This is Mack. He's a smooth coat German wire-haired pointer. His hobbies include barking, sleeping, farting, barking some more, eating law cigars and barking. His love interest is a white five pound "purse dog" next door whom he saved from being eaten by the local coyotes.
And he is a bird dog. He had a bit of a baptism by fire last year on a pheasant hunt.
