  1. Ok I have been in contact with CBI in regards to the cool Rear Bumpers on SnowSnakes Pathy. The response is this: 4 to 5 committed buyers $525 for the Bumper unpainted. Swing out Rear tire Carrier would start at $300 and go up depending on options, jack mount , jerry cans etc. Check out this thread for pictures of the bumper ! Bumper Post If your interested PM me or E-mail me direct so I can get the ball rolling...
  2. Whats the status ?? Count me in as well, if they can be done before July. I will be leaving for the big sand box for a year ...
  3. That Rear Bumper and Sliders are AWESOME .... If you dont mind my asking what do they get for a rear bumper and tire carrier ??? They should be able to sell those like hot cakes !
  4. The other wheels were Rockcawler series 51 with 3.75 backspacing .. I think I am going to go with the 767 16" with the 4" backspacing and run the 275 70's.. Sounds like the PLAN ! Craig
  5. Anyone running the American Racing AR 767 wheels ?? Just curious if the center hole is big enough. 15x8 6 on 5.5 with 4" backspace should allow 31 or 32 inch tires. I do have the 2.5 AC Lift . Want to make sure they fit. Craig
  6. Actually mine saved the rocker panels this past weekend. I definately need bigger tires and more lift !!! The AC Lift just isnt enough !
  7. From what I have seen the AC lift is the problem with CV Angles, mine has been on for a year and I have front lock outs. No problems so this shouldnt exagerate the angle anymore than it already is and give me another 2 " of lift ?? Is this correct ?? I would think that rear Drive Shaft angle would start to be a problem now?? Craig
  8. Can this be used with the AC lift in the front ?? I already have that lift but need more !
  9. I had the tranny serviced when I bought it a year ago, I think it is in fact a heat issue. I let it warm up fully this morning and it shifted and locked up just fine. A tranny cooler up here in the Great White North probably would be more trouble than its worth as it never really gets that hot. Now if I was still living in GA that would be a different story.
  10. No the lockup does Ok when it finally shifts to OD, 3800 rpm at cruise is too high, I think it might be a temp issue as the fluid level is fine and the color is nice and red doesnt smell burnt. I guess I just need to let it warm up a bit before stomping on the pedal on the highway ;-> Craig
  11. My 2001 with an Auto seems to be having some problems shifting into overdrive, it doesnt do it all the time but when its real cold it just doesnt want to shift up some of the time.. Do I just need a service or is there something else pending failure ?? Thanks Craig
  12. Go for it, it only took me 30 minutes per side to do. I didnt even have to use the supplied studs as my 2001 already had studs that were the right size and length.
  13. Just what I expected a smart hiney post from a Boy Scout. Real role model you are.
  14. I had set up a test site for him that would have automated alot of things using a PHP Portal type site, he seemed to like it and then I never heard anything from him again. I'm sorry he is busy but you cant negelect something like a club that takes money donations. I'll hang out, and I do understand about being busy, walk a day in my shoes and you would know what I mean. :o
  15. Hey All. I joined the NPORA over a month ago, sent off the $10 via paypal but no member page. I dont mind the $10 to help support the web site, I even offered to assist with the web page and set up a nicer interface with uploadable photo galleries and all, but still NADA. Save your money and post your pictures on a free site and link em to your sig.
  16. Name one AT tire that does well in all conditions, at 75 mph hit a decent puddle and see what happens. I have had the same thing from the last 3 types of AT tires I have had on various vehicles. The only exception might be the Revo's I have heard good things about them...
  17. I got a set of Rugged Trail BFG's in 245/75 16's and the right front rubs the plastic inside the fender at full turn, so I also have a 2" lift going on to fix that, hehehe what an excuse for a lift Anyway they work fine, a little narrower than stock but they do great for me, a little squirelly at high speeds in the rain if you hit a puddle other than that I dont see why they have gotten crappy reviews on the tire sites. 18. Here is my 2001, it has the factory front brush guard on it and it was there when I bought the truck last december. Looks pretty Rugged !!!
