Anyone got a link of where to get them? Gotta do something with my "missing" bushings, something cheap before the longer trailing arms go in
-
hahaha Thanks dudes!!!
I'll do a full write-write up for sure! It'll be closer to spring though when I get all the Winter projects taken care of.
-
Nice snorkel brother! I'm in the midst of making my own... couldn't bring myself to do the ABS thing, but definitely stole some of your idears ;-)
Keep your head above water! I can't tell you how many times I've NEEDED a snorkel, but gotten lucky with my airbox re-route.
-
You back up and running yet big guy?
-
Holy F*ck dude! What did you do?
-
HEY THATS ME!!! And my teachers said I'd be famous for committing a crime :-)
-
Yeah, don't use parts that aren't made for your vehicle X-D
Sorry dude, I forgot to check the spline count on the T-cases I have here. Remind me tomorrow...
-
Hopefully this puts a fire under Tyler's ass ;-)
-
Yep! Go to staangsfab.com or check 'em out on Facebook.
-
Ok Here goes!!!
Heres how she sits.
Staang's Fab Inner "C" gusset/Coilover mount.
Staang's Fab 7/8" Steering/Trackbar
Staang's Fab W50 Crossmember welded AND bolted to beef up the Unibody
Staang's fab 3 link
Upper and Lower Coilover mounts
'98 Durango steering box for all the power to move the 35's
Plated, Plug welded, Sleeved steering box re-enforcement. Done on both sides of the Unibody (frame)
E-Fan, NO NOTICEABLE POWER GAIN. Tons of engine compartment space though.
I'll post pics of the double cardan joint Drive shaft. Should be ready on Wednesday. Also my brake lines will be longer as well!!!
The things that need tweaking:
Coil-overs, they're GARBAGE. Nuff said
I "should" get a sway bar :-)
Springs are a bit soft.Won't know for sure until I get the shocks to hold air.
-
I'm making Breaky, then I'll go out and do a sexy photo-shoot ;-)
-
HAHHA thats good brother!!!
Ok here is another teaser pic. Its up on wheels and driving around. Just needs some tweaking (as expected). Driveshaft is being done this Monday, Brake lines are also in the process of being lengthened, and THATS IT!!!
-
Why? You sold your R50... Quiter :-)
-
More to come, I gotta get the coilovers and steering locked down, get the axles back in and back on the wheels. THEN I'll take pics, post specs and whatnot
-
I have the Waggy Axle (1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer). So many parts available for both OEM replacement and Upgrades.
Heres what I have so far. *Should* be done by this weekend!
-
Thanks James ;-)! Thats all I needed to know
-
hahaha and the sad thing is... I have one here :-)
-
I'm sure they are. But are they physically different? As far as how they mount to the block and the sump depth? It would be nice to find a cheaper bolt up replacement
-
Hey Dudes,
Anyone know if a Nissan Quest 3.3 oil pan will fit our trucks? I crushed mine pretty bad when the truck moved forward off the blocks after my front end tear down (D'OH!!!)
-
Is your truck level now?
-
That does it for me... Doors are NEVER coming off of mine! The thing looks like what I just took to the scrapper... Stock, ripped apart, with wheels and tires that aren't made for it hahaha :-)
-
Anyone have problems with the Pass. side shock getting pinched on the panhard bar during full droop? I'm not gonna lie, I've been through a 6 pack of the pro-comps hahaha
-
Just because you make Vrooom noises while you drive, doesn't make it a Ferrari! hahaha
-
Buy SFD from krypton for sure! Hands down the best and WAAAAAY easier then doing it yourself. His Steering extension is a work of art, so buy two. One for the coffee table and one to install ;-)
