  1. When talking about metric fasteners, medium strength is grade 8.8, and high strength is 10.9, preferably, you want high strength 10.9

I used medium strength bolts 8.8.

10.9 is very difficult to find, even in Europe & Russia.

  2. Nissan changed the body mounts in the rear somewhere between 91 and 92, and none of the body lift kit manufacturers bothered to continue making the kits with the correct bolts for the rear mount points that were changed.

The body lifts from AC are simply 87-90 kits with the correct rear bolts added to the kit. They found a manufacturer for the bolts, (they're impossible to find anywhere otherwise) which are all you need to make the kit work on the 91-up WD21's.

For 2" body lift you must use metric bolts (DIN 961):

    M12x150x1.25

    for 3":

    M12x180x1.25

  3. It's my understanding Mr. Jim is a great guy with a love of Pathfinders. Apparently some personal issues and hardships have caused him to no longer be active with NPORA. He has been AWOL for some time and noone here has been in communications with him.

With that being said, save your $10 dollars, this website is functional and free. There are 6 or 7 moderators that keep it running and do great job keeping the forum a great community of Pathfinder owners.

As far as I'm concerned you are a member and your trail pictures are awesome.

    Thank you for explanations.

  4. I want to become a member of NPORA

  5. I was born in the USSR - in "Evil Empire" (Copyright of Ronald Reagan) - behind the "Iron Curtain". Accordingly, the #1 song was "Hymn of the USSR" :D

    :blink::blink::blink::blink:

United Forever in Friendship and Labour,

Our mighty Republics will ever endure.

The Great Soviet Union will Live through the Ages.

The Dream of a People their fortress secure.

    Long Live our Soviet Motherland,

Built by the People's mighty hand.

Long Live our People, United and Free.

Strong in our Friendship tried by fire.

Long may our Crimson Flag Inspire,

Shining in Glory for all Men to see.

Through Days dark and stormy where Great Lenin Lead us

Our Eyes saw the Bright Sun of Freedom above

and Stalin our Leader with Faith in the People,

Inspired us to Build up the Land that we Love.

    Long Live our Soviet Motherland,

Built by the People's mighty hand.

Long Live our People, United and Free.

Strong in our Friendship tried by fire.

Long may our Crimson Flag Inspire,

Shining in Glory for all Men to see.

We fought for the Future, destroyed the invaders,

and Brought to our Homeland the Laurels of Fame.

Our Glory will live in the Memory of Nations

and All Generations will Honour Her Name.

    Long Live our Soviet Motherland,

Built by the People's mighty hand.

Long Live our People, United and Free.

Strong in our Friendship tried by fire.

Long may our Crimson Flag Inspire,

Shining in Glory for all Men to see.

    SEARCHING

WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND ALIVE

JUST LOOKING FOR WAYS TO SURVIVE

    I NEVER DID QUITE REALISE

HOW TIME EATS AWAY AT YOUR LIFE

NOW I AM OLDER FOR SURE

AND CLOSE TO THE END OF IT ALL

    SO I REFLECT WITH HINDSIGHT

    SITTING ALONE EVERY NIGHT

AND I WAS DESPERATE TO FIND

THE THINGS I HAVE HERE BY MY SIDE

NOW THAT I’VE LET IT ALL GO

I CRY FOR THE CHILDREN SO

AND I’VE SPENT ALL MY LIFE

    SEARCHING FOR NOTHING

    AND I’VE WASTED MY TIME

    TO END UP WITH NOTHING

AND I TRIED SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND

THE YEARNINGS OF A YOUNGER MAN

I KNOW THAT I WOULD CHANGE MY PLANS

IF I COULD TAKE MY TIME AGAIN

    (taken out two verses)

WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND ALIVE

JUST LOOKING FOR WAYS TO SURVIVE

    I NEVER DID QUITE REALISE

HOW TIME EATS AWAY AT YOUR LIFE

I HAVE SPENT ALL MY LIFE

    SEARCHING FOR NOTHING

    AND I WASTED MY TIME

AND IT’S ALL COME TO NOTHING

WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND ALIVE

    I NEEDED NOTHING

NOW I AM READY TO DIE

    I’VE STILL GOT NOTHING

  7. As I often tell my wife, "I love Beer".  I really like all kinds from mass produced stuff to microbrews, domestic(US) and worldwide.   Sometimes I find a beer I really like and It becomes my go to favorite for a while.

Right now I lovin' Shiner Bock, which is from a Brewery in Texas.  For me it's a perfect summer beer.

What are you all drinking these days?

Russian Beer: Golden Barrel (Zolotaja Bochka)
