  1. That's the thing, the heads and everything has to come of/ out to find out .
  2. It's going back in we'll see, I would think they did and then refilled it w/ new coolant.
  3. So after oh, I'd say 6 months since I hand the entire cooling system re-paired here I am with a puddle the size of the truck and no visible hoses leaking... It might just be the last time I drive this G'Damn thing. Has anyone delt with these cooling system issues is it common or just my Sh'T luck??? :furious:

  6. so should I just replace it ? -thnkboutit-
  7. So here it is, due to a 3" hose ripping right in the rear of thr engine block carrying coolant I over heated yesterday, ( temporary fgix was using some of the overflow hose for the ride home.) Anyway I've replaced the hose now but I'm noticing a ticking noise, I'm pretty sure all th vac hoses are ok back there, here's my worry, could the engine over heating dammage my almost brand new head gasket? Has this senario ever happened to any one? Thanks guys you always come through! Gabriel.
  8. right on, it came off easily, gotta replace the bolts with a spacer as not to get mud 'n stuff in there.
  9. both, I'm gonna put the spare up on the roof inside my rack.
  10. So, It can't just be the body, i mean that thing is pretty substantial.
  11. If anyone has attempted this feat I'd like t hear your story, see some documentation, at least see if its possible. ...we need some rain in Tx, so if anyone can hook that up too... thanks. -g
  12. it's an automatic w/ 4wd(not engaged), but that whole area between the front seats is getting hot as i'm driving alond. has anyone experienced this? ... am i just paranoyed? -g
  13. That was it ... the ignition wire, thanks a ton it's up an' runnin agin!
  14. It finally went...my starter, it had failed a time or two b4, but for some divine reason, it came back.. well today, no such luck. but ./ this out, there is a kill switch, usually a tap on that and things are good to go, well damn it, I still got no crank... had a buddies jump- box, ( you know the last glimmer of hope...) ...nope. so the arduous task of outing the starter begins, what a nightmare. I have a whole spare truck here, why's it got to be so damn tough? -g :furious:
  15. Well, now that I'll be driving a conpany truck, the mods will begin! I've done the T-bar thingbut now it's time to git Funky! BTW 88pathoffroad has a slick lookin' ride! ?size tires are those? -g
