Hi all. New to the forum. I've searched for the topic and couldn't find it...so here goes. Have a 97 Pathfinder and I'm trying to install Yakima Q-Towers in the rack runners. How the heck to I remove the end caps off the roof rack so I can slide the Q-Towers in. (And yes, I've loosened the screw but the cap doesn't budge). Is there a secret?

I took the screw out but the darn thing didn't budge. That's it though? That's all I need to do? Maybe I'll spray some lube of some sort and see what happens.
