I have been making a list of things I need to buy for the pathy the past couple of days, and I would like to get the keyless entry working.

 

I read a couple of posts about finding the box under the drivers seat and pressing the button. I couldn't find a box under the drivers seat, but I did find a rubber plug. Is that the button that everybody is talking about? On the dash there is the alarm switch, I havn't turned it on yet because my key is a new key and the door tumblers are kinda old, so I can't unlock the vehicle from the driver side.

 

It would be good to know this before I drop 80 bucks into a couple of remotes.
