Clutch line exploded

I have a 96 Pathfinder with a manual tranny. I go to start it and the clutch went to the floor. I look underneath, near the tranny there is clutch fluid sprayed all over. :o The rubber clutch line that goes from the tranny to the steel clutch line rusted off. Both ends have metal that just fell apart. My question is could I just replace that line, refill the clutch fluid, bleed it and be good to go? I read a couple of posts where the slave and master cylinders were mentioned. I did tape up the open lines to stop any moisture from collecting. Thanks for your help!

Just to make sure about the moisture, put Methylated spirits,(industrial alcohol) through first on the bleeding, that will absorb any moisture and clean out the cylinders, then put new fluid in and bleed until nice clean fluid.

I used to do this regularly on all brake lines to keep them free of moisture. as the normal fluid is Hygroscopic and does get moisture in due to condensation.
