preformed Brake or fuel lines ... anyone selling ?

Do any of you guys know of a company (us or Canada), that sells pre-formed brake or fuel lines for R50 2001 - 2004 ? I will have to soon redo rusting brake and fuel lines from the abs pump up to each wheel... I am looking to find pre-formed lines... The nissan dealer I checked only offers very little on this (like a small rubber brake line but nothing on the hard lines)...

I found some aftermarket companies but they do not offer anything for my R50s...

Any of you guys found these so I don't have to form them myself ?
