Alternator Idler Pulley Orientation

Which side of an Idler Pulley is the front? Dayco 89134 or similar.  If orientation matters why do pulleys not state somewhere on part? This seems to be a sealed bearing so I have not used the Dust Covers due to interference. I have it in this order. Spacer, Pulley, Washer, Nut. Is this correct? Belt is aligned. Thanks

I did mine probably 5 years ago. As I recall it was not orientation dependent, and because it was a sealed bearing I did not try to reuse the old dust cover.

Thanks for your reply. Will be changing it out this week with a Gates Pulley 36087. Had a Dayco but lasted maybe 30,000 KM. Unfortunately I am not sure of the reassembly of spacer and washer but will give it a long look. Sadly I am only continuing to keep working on because any new vehicle I am trying to buy is not available till late Fall 2022. Would love to be able to keep the Pathfinder but horrible gas mileage and getting a bit old to trust on longer journeys.
