Acceleration issues at low RPM

So I'm seeking everyone's wisdom on my R50. I just purchased her back in October of 2020, and was given virtually no history on the maintenance of the vehicle. Anyways, just tonight, I was driving up a hill and after reaching the top I was experiencing a shudder during acceleration at lower RPMs (1400-2500). I gave her a bit of gas and it seems to disappear (or at least get masked) when the RPMs get higher. I decided not to push it to any breaking point so I drove home as nice as possible. It immediately felt like it could be the tranny or torque converter, but I'm really hoping it's not.
I'll be trying to determine the issue tomorrow, but I am looking to the NPORA forum to see if any of you have had this issue and if so, how did you find out what it was and what did you do to solve it??

Even if you haven't had this issue, I would love to hear some tests I can do in my garage to try and at least rule out some potential issues. First tests will be the fluid levels, then some revving while in park.

Thanks for all the help!

Did a check today, no fluids seemed in need of replacing, I took it out for a drive twice today and only the second time did it act up. it gave a 'Check engine soon' light  for "cylinder 4 misfire" which has never happened
