R50 P1145 and P0135 codes I cannot clear

Hey guys, I need a little help with this one.

 

The truck is a 2001 QX4

 

I've got a P1145 (Camshaft position sensor Bank 1) and P0135 (Upstream o2 sensor bank 2) that I CANNOT get to go away.

I've already replaced all 4 O2 sensors, both upstream and downstream on both sides. I've replaced both Camshaft sensors, bank 1 and 2. I've replaced both crank sensors, which are known to throw camshaft codes when they go bad, and I've also cleaned out the camshaft distributors.

 

At this point, I don't know what else to do. I've found several forums that people have troubleshot this the p1145 code but its always resolved by replacing either the camshaft or crankshaft sensors. I'm stumped.

 

Any help is appreciated.
