ETPathfinder09
Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this... I have an 09 Pathfinder that has a valve cover gasket leak. It's very minor but it's still there after I replaced the gasket. It is leaking from the front, not the back as is common. There was a bit of silicone at the spot where the oil is leaking as well like someone had already articulated leakage there. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks! Cuong Nguyen
The only help I can offer you is perhaps you can try tightening down on the bolts for the valve covers? Other than that, you either remove it and check for any damages to the gasket or mating surface and fix it or just deal with the leak. But if you're like me, I hate leaks since it's a pain to deal with when you're wrenching.
