Cuong Nguyen Posted April 17, 2016 Share Posted April 17, 2016 I don't know the location of the belt but you need to loosen the adjusters. It's like a 12mm nut or 14mm on the pulley and adjuster for the AC. Then whatever belt is in the way which I'm guessing are 12mm nuts and bolts on the adjusters and pivot bolts for the power steering pump and alternator. RF600 Posted April 18, 2016 Share Posted April 18, 2016 A/C belt runs on the adjustable tensioner. The lock nut is 14mm, the adjuster nut is 12mm. Loosen the 14mm on the pulley first. Loosen the 12mm on the top of the adjuster, that will lower the pulley down so the belt will fit. You can change out the bearing on the idler pulley. Depending on mileage it would be a good idea.
