Will these wheels fit?

I've been prowling looking an answer to this but haven't found anything.

 

I've got an 01 QX4 with 2" spring spacers.

 

Considering these wheels (18x9 +25mm bs)

I don't fully understand backspacing well enough to determine whether or not these will fit.

Tire diameter is 32.6"

Running boards will come off of course

I assume I would need to do some minor trimming to keep them from rubbing on the flares.

Would I be better off going with a smaller tire or can I run these safely?

If your just running spacers on stock springs I don't know if you can fit 33s. I'm on ac 2" with fluerys 1" strut spacer and I had trim a bit on 285 75 16s with 16x8 4 backspace
