My Nissan R50 works very well on open road and in off road. But in traffic inside the city when i stop in traffic lights and put the gear box in NEUTRAL position and after that i need put in DRIVE position, the engine stop most part of the times. The injection pump was rebuilt and the nozzles are new. The relenti supposed be 690 720 and most part time was below that regime. When i drive the car on road and stop the relenti returns to normal 690-720 depends of the AC position. The only problem is on town. The oil in gearbox is new . Is realy borred drive my car now on town.

I'm sorry, that didn't translate well. Are you talking about the idle speed? RPM (revolutions per minute) And it is affected by the AC running?

I have to assume the system had OBD2 (On Board Diagnostic 2), there there is a plug under the dash for a reader? Has anyone checked that?

Yes, if the electrical system is weak, that could be (part of) the problem.
