Zj Front Coils in the Rear

Finally after almost 2 years of driving with cranked torsion bars in the front, and saggy old coils in the rear I got a pair of JGC front coils. And they're even from a V8! I know this is beating a dead horse but... other than cutting off the pigtails and making a panhard bar drop bracket is there anything else to do? Anything helps thanks!

You don't necessarily have to do anything to the panhard bar. You'll want to get longer shocks too, I'm running kby for a 95 f250.

I was gonna wait and make my drop bracket. Not worried about it right away. I was gonna try to use the rear zj shocks instead but I haven't got to it yet.

Got the coils in the rear and it is perfect. No more rubbing with 32" tires. Front torsion bars are cranked up and the rear sits a little higher. Perfect for when I put a load on the rear it sits evenly no more sag!

What year was the Cherokee man ?

Proudpathy, you just need front coils out of about a 2000 Grand Cherokee V8. I got new variable rate springs from Moog off eBay for about $60. Lots of info here if you search the forum.

Not sure on year of JGC. But it lifted it a solid 3 inches in the rear. Looks 10x better now. 2nd best thing I've done to it my Path..
