mikestewart395
I had a meeting yesterday morning and had to travel an hour in the opposite direction from work. Afterwards I took a shortcut through a State Forest. There are many paths and roads in there, it had been years since I was in there. Upon remembering that HEY!I'm In a 4x4 Durp!!! I turned off road and started cruising through the wooded fields. It was awesome. I came across a trail where someone dug out ruts on a road, to simulate a rocky dried river bed. 4 low'ed it, then it turned and behold....a mud puddle! Well, Florida is flat and we have been in a drought, so all this is amazing to find. Back and forth I dug in that mud until I was decently bathed. It was so much fun. My wife got home that night and suggested washing it before she goes to work. NO!!!!!!!!! Don't you DARE touch it!!!Lol. I have been searching for a week for even one speck of mud. So I am taking her down the trails tomorrow after work, hoping she will get bitten by the mud bug. Will post some pics monday.
devonianwalk
Take a wheeling buddy. It'd be your luck to get stuck or break something with the wifey with you! Well, at least take some pics this time. I like to see what Fla can offer.
