Wheel back spacing for 33x12.50

I'm getting 33x12.50's now and can't tell what backspacing I need. I want to run a 15x8" black steel wheel.

Some people have said 4-4.5", but they run different size tires than I have. The Calmini website states that 5-5.5" backspacing is recommended. That seems like it would be too tucked in. I don't want the tires to stick out very far but I don't want fender rub from being too close either.

I saw a good deal on wheels from 4WheelParts w/ 3.5" backspacing. Will that be ridiculous tires sticking out? I need help- pics of your rigs w/stated backspacing, wheel size, and tire would help most.

I also need a resource to buy from besides 4WheelParts.

Thanx!!!

3.5"- 4" BS would seem to be about right. 88's running 4" BS with 33x10.50's. I've got 31x 10.50's on stock Legos (5"BS) and have some rub at full lock. Of course that's without any BL or SL, both of which you'll need (and fender trimming) to run 33's. Unless you plan on not turning or going over anything.

As far as sticking out too far... that's why God invented fender flares !

Hopefully I've got this right... chime in everybody! :gossip:

Thanx finally,

I have shopped around and dug into everything I can find and from what I understand 3.75"-4" is perfect for an 8" wheel.

As of tomorrow I'll be sitting on 5"s of lift after adding my 3"AC body lift.

Thanx,

Nate
