You bet, but you will also need his front axle. Of course that swap is made difficult because your driveshaft from the transfer case is on the opposite side so you need to also grab the TC, tranny, engine to simplify things.

In reality, the K5 and pathy don't have any easily exchangeable suspension parts, sorry bro.
