I would strongly consider taking it to a trustworthy local mechanic for a look. Saves a ton of time. If they are good people they'll just do a free diagnosis. Idk if 03s hAve them (probly not) But my last pathy 98 had similar symptoms and it ended up being my distributor cap. Had many people look at it then got fed up took it to a shop and that was the problem.
