:scratchhead: wat does it mean? i changed my dizzy, rotor, plugs, and wires just a few days ago.

 

either a wiring problem before the ignition coil or a power transistor problem. Unless you also have a crank angle sensor code (11) in which case it could be caused by that. EF+EC page 42 in the 91 FSM.

my 91 starts up fine when cold then drive for afew miles to warm it up then turn engine off wait five to ten min. and it won't start then wait bout an hour some times longer then she starts up. that's one of my main problems besides the bog at 2800-3000rpm.

I just had these two codes on my truck and the same starting issue as you. The crank angle sensor in the distributor was bad. I think the code 21 was from when I was trouble shooting it, I cranked it over with the distributor unplugged. After changing just the sensor inside the distributor with a used one from pick a part it starts right up with a bump of the key like it used to.
