2003 LE Air Conditioning Blower Motor Replacement?

Question. My AC still works(2003 LE), in other words, the compressor still cools the air very well but it does not blow until the car is moving. There is no noise from the HVAC fan in any position. I rely on car movement and an open vent to get AC. All of the AC related fuses are good, at least all the ones I could find (under the hood and in the cab fuse boxes).

 

How hard is it to replace the blower/motor unit? I am somewhat handy but by no means a mechanic. I saw blower/motor units online for about $50-$60 shipped. How much would a mechanic charge for this?
