were can i get a set of upper and lower links for the rear of my r50

hopefully with the bushings in them..

 

my uppers need to be replaced and 1 of my lowes has a bend in it... so im just gonna replace all of em..

 

any ideas were i can get a set

just picked up a set of 4 poly split kit from atomotive customizers..... and the bolt kit just in case..

 

isnt there a how to on replacings them... easy enough to do just time consuming..... any tips tho..

 

im thinking...

 

A map torch-burn the old bushing apart

and drill the old bushing apart to remove the center

then press the old bushing sleeve out..
