Guest vrojkov
I recently bought Pathfinder 98, LE with 110K miles on it. Original owner told me that it has chain , but in service manual I found that : "timing belt should be replaced every 105K miles". What do I really have timing belt or chain? Accordin to the VIN: JN8AR05WW251078 it has an 0 VG33E engine. I'm going to have a pretty good trip next week NewEngland, Nigara Falls, Washington, Atlanta, Florida and back to CT. So beleive I better to find out what do I have belt or chain now and if it is a belt replace it before the trip. Thanks all.
big_johnson
You have a belt. The VG33E's all have belts, the VQ35DE's have chains.
