carkey83
Hey guys, I'm trying to locate front caliper brackets for my '02 as the slide pins have seized (NY car.) I found A1 Cardone has them on their catalog p/n 14-1532, but I'm having trouble finding a distributor that has them available... Anybody have luck finding these? Thanks. Tungsten
I don't know how the r50 ones work but can you cut the pins and drill them out?
fleurys
It happened to me too, but went the way of the nissan dealer.... You will probably need also to buy the rubber seal kit...if you pins seized, then water went in...mine was rusted and pitted and the pin had actually grow in size..because of the rust it was really stuck in there... Sorry I can;t help you with more...
petespath
I just replaced my seized or sticking front caliper. Not worth it to try and repair it. A rebuilt caliper is basically brand new, when you return your old one to the store they should give you a "core" charge credit.
