Thanks to all who responded to my origional exhaust post! I took it to a local custom exhaust shop in the Philly area and I'm told there's a leak at one of the headers and one where the header and the cat meet.....both front tubes are also shot. Any idea on where to find performance headers and high flow cats for a '97 Pathy? If I'm gonna spend the money I'd rather go high performance, right?

There are currently no aftermarket headers available for the R50 Pathfinders. Stillen used to make a set, but due to design problems, they were cancelled quickly. Unfortunately, nobody has ventured down that road...

 

Occasionally the Stillen headers pop up for sale on eBay or message boards. I know a guy here at school that has them installed, and he's had no problems with them that I know of, but I haven't talked with him in almost a year....

 

As for a high-flow cat, you can get a universal one and have it welded on. Several places sell them for under $100.
