joehurdler
Kinda wanted to get fellow pathy owner's opinion on this. I got a brand spanking new Pathy 03 last august, so I'm trying to figure out if what I'm experiencing is normal or caused by damage to the suspenion/shocks/aligntment, etc. Over the last few months, I have been noticing that during normal driving when I run over a small bump or pothole; it feels like the pathy momentarily loses contact with the road and even wiggles or fishtails a bit. When backing out or driving in a parking lot with the wheel turned fully to one direction; I notice the pathy wiggles or kinda fishtails Coincidentally, this was shortly after last winter when potholes were common. I know I definetely ran over a couple by accident and didn't suspect any damage. could this be damage to the suspension/shocks, etc? Or is this normal? Thanks, Joe Hwang
denisb
Kinda sounds like the control arm bushings.......but I'm not 100% sure. When your on the highway and you let off the gas, does it do this wiggle?
herm
how many miles? that sounds like control arm bushings, and you're prolly under warranty. It would take considerably more abuse to actually hurt the suspension - but the bushings may have worn out prematurely. See my website for my experience with them. mike
