2003 R50 3.5L Oil Leak?

So Im under my pathy tightening the always noisy belts (they are factory replacements too) and I noticed what appears to be a small oil leak from a strange pump behind the altenator. Its a very small leak but I have traced it to this pump to be the culprit. I am mechanically inclined and I need to know what this is, and if its a cheap fix. The pump has two lines coming out of it and it is not driven off the belt system. Its tucked neatly onto the engine block behind the altenator. Help.
