My fiance and I just bought her a 2000 gold edition pathy. Is there any thing special about the gold edition? The only thing I have noticed so far that is diffrent is that it has no flares at all. Though it does have all the goodies except the moon roof. I have read some of these posts already and was wondering if 31's would fit on there stock?? Thanks for any help. :D

a lot of those "editions" are just marketing ploys by the dealer - many many aftermarket companies, like katzkins, have emblems and embroidery to make even the lowliest XE into a special edition of sorts...
