hey i want to get a new 2.5 inch exhaust for my 90' Terrano TD27. Just wondering what would be better to run with it, a catalytic convertor or resonator or straight-through?

AFAIK The Diesels never had a cat...I'd check with an exhaust place 1st, to make sure adding one won't fugger something :aok:

If yours is Turbo-ed you could go straight through (Turbos kill a bit of noise :D

I run 2 1/2" on my V6 and it's a little loud 100db :hide:

Most people here won't really be able to help you...The Diesel Terrano's never made it into USA.
