exhaust manifold warranty

I have read on a couple posts that if my pathfnder has less than 100,000 miles I can get the manifold studs replaced by Nissan on some type of a recall deal. Can anybody confirm or deny this. My local dealer says no. Mine is a 1991 with 65,000 miles.

I read that somewhere on here, but I think the recall is for the 95 model???

its not a recall ... its just a TSB - Technical Service Bulliten ... and I believe it applies to more models than just the 95 ...

Man you have low miles on your Pathfinder!!!!

mine is a 95 with almost 130,000k

Nissan knows about this problem, and any Pathfinder with the original studs and less than 100,000 miles on the odometer can be brought back to the dealership for a recall fix, free of charge, if I remember correctly.

 

That was in the "Pathfinder Common Problems / Fixes" I dont know much about it but I would love to roll it back a few miles and find out. JK JK JK
