Head lights don't work

The other night I was driving home and just as I pulled into my neighborhood (luckily) my headlights went out. So I drove the rest of the way home with my hazards on. Checked fuses and bulbs, both good. Any ideas?

 

Also, when I looked under the dash for an loose or broken wires, I found these connectors and didn't know what they were for and if they should be connected or not.

Usually it's the switch that's gone bad. IIRC, those connectors are either for diagnostics or options that US models don't have.

hi soccerstud-I have a wiper switch for sale, email me if you are interested. My switch also is bad, but it didn't fit my '92 pathy. Came off a '94 or'95-julie

check your fusable link (at pos cable off battery) and make sure it's not broken or dissolved

awesome. glad it was an easy solution and not one of those long diagnostic nightmares that we get in here sometimes.
