found one broken stud

So the studs are the long bolts that fit thru that mess into the engine block?

Yup, six on each side. If you are pulling the manifolds to fix a stud then I suggest you change them all out at the same time

I haven't even considered it to be honest...

 

All I know is:

 

The mounting braces on my cat and muffler are busted (wired up for the time being)

 

And I have what sounds like a tick... but it isn't... I need to replace the O2 sensor for sure and will probably do the Cylinder Head Temp meters as well
