Cranking T-bars

Hey guys, sorry in advance for this question. I don't like the new search function and I can't find where the how to crank t-bars is. I know I've seen it before everything was updated, but now I can't find it. Can anyone help? I'm looking to do this sometime this week or this weekend. Thanks a lot and sorry again!

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the updated search function... it's really fussy...
