My friend has a 87 pathy which he dropped a new engine in.

but now he cant get the timming right it doesnt fire on the #2 cylinder.

he really needs some help :(

could he be missing something or doing something wrong??

he has replaced alot of parts too.

The only thing wrong is that the #2 doesn't fire? That's not a timing problem, it's a spark or fueling issue. Broken spark plug? Old wires letting the spark arc thru the boot to the block instead of to the plug? Two wires routed to the wrong ports on the distributor cap? The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6 on a VG30i V6.
