Guest evylgrynn
Hi, My Pathfinder is having some problems starting up. It actually seems to be only in humid weather, where it is raining or snowing for a few hours, as I washed it the other day and had no problems, but when I drove it to work, and left it sitting all day while it was snowing, it didnt work again. the starter is turning, it just does not seem to fire up, but last time this happened I left it for a few days, did not have time to get it looked at, and it started up fine for about 2 weeks, now it snowed again for a few hours and it does not start. has anyone seen this before, or have any suggestions as to what it could be? I do not really know much mechanicing, but if it is something fairly simple i could try to figure it out. any help would be appreciated, I dont really want to spend lots of money at a garage. thanks in advance
MatterHorn
try a new fuel filter if you haven't already ... if that thing is all gummed up it would definately make it harder to start when it is cold and wet out ...
