Pulled distributor not on tdc.. marked nothing. Please help

Thanks! I’m gonna try it today and see where I get -
So rookie moment, pulled the distributor trying to get to the valve cover without even thinking. Wasn’t at tdc and the rotor probably moved several times. I need help with what to do next. 1990 vg30e. What notch do I set the harmonic balancer? Where should I face the rotor?
