hi just found the site and so i thought i would ask a couple of questions regards the diesel version of the pathfinder,i realize that most of you have dont run diesels but its a big net and somewhere someone must have a terrano. 1/ what are the advantages if any for disconnecting the EGR system from a turbo diesel engine. A mechanic told me once recently that getting rid of it helps it breath easier therefor improving performance and economy...Any ideas there , the mechanic that told me is an alright spanner man but an exceptional wanker. 2/Is there any such thing as a dash light dimmer switch on a terrano!!! i cant bloody find one, i need a torch to read the speedo its so dim. 3/ what sort of economy would you expect from an auto 2.7 turbo diesel? thanks all any info will be gratefully recieved.
