Confirmed, "Service Engine Soon" is the same as a check engine light.

Hello, my name is Mike. I recently picked up a 2006 Pathfinder SE for a decent price. It's main use will be for driving on the many gravel and dirt roads, and for more severe winter driving. My daughter owned a couple different Xterra's (2005 & 20012), and she was happy when I brought this home. I hope to upgrade to 3PMSF rated A/T tires before winter hits. And I'd really like to upgrade the wheels as well. I've already upgraded the stereo with a modern touch-screen head unit. And will be installing a back up camera soon.
